This APP has traditional function which create a service report for the maintenance of equipment which items are customized by company from WEB SERVER. The highlighted function of APP is that the APP is talking with WEB SERVER which company can use in the office to create and assign scheduled service to technicians, to create job number and purchasing order number. SERVER also has reminder function once next service is due. Technician will receive job (including job number, customer name, type of serviced equipment, what parts are going to used) from APP once they open it. The service reports will be uploaded to SERVER automatedly once jobs completed. Then company can raise invoices against of each job and create monthly sales profit and loss reports from SERVER.
